Less Pain… 27 years of helping athletes through every type of struggle has taught me how to take the shortest path in your recovery. The majority of my clients walk out the door day one feeling better. You’ll have a clear understanding of what’s held you back and the simple steps you can do now to feel better.

First, I’ll clearly identify all the problems keeping you sidelined – including the hidden problems that you don’t know are keeping you down. Next, I’ll teach you what to prioritize so you can get more done in less time. Lastly, I’ll guide you through each step to make sure you get the results you want.

One thing that makes me different is that I “teach you how to fish”. No, not literally, but I will teach you how to approach your injuries with an understanding of exactly what needs to be done, so you can make the right choices at every step. You learn how to be pro-active in your own care.  If you have a problem outside of my areas of expertise, I’ll guide you on how to best get the answers you need.  

At the end of the day, you get to decide, because it’s about finding the fit that gets you results.

NEW CLIENT EVALUATION

A comprehensive evaluation is used to identify your weak areas, how you’re contributing to your injuries, and how to address it all. Each evaluation includes a beginning plan/or treatment.
90 minutes – $200

NEW CLIENT EVALUATION REHAB/PHYSICAL THERAPY SESSION*

Includes exercises and bodywork designed to address your specific issues.
60 minutes – $175

My aim is to make you better once you’re off the table, not just feel better during the hour.

By combining massage, joint mobilization, stretching and neuromuscular re-education sequentially you get results you can’t get when done individually.

The combined physical therapy knowledge and experience allows me to address injured tissues in a way other care providers can’t.

MASSAGE

I use a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, sports recovery, trigger point, massage with movement, skin rolling, friction, and edema techniques to improve and maintain freedom of movement.

JOINT MOBILIZATION

If you have chronic tightness and experience only temporary relief from a massage, the source of your pain and tightness may actually be your joints and not the muscles. This is frequently true around old injuries. Mobilization can really help with issues like pinching in your shoulder, difficulty turning your neck or tightness in your back in a way that massage alone can’t.
